So, I cheated a little when it came to Jethro, Sophia, and Stephen's sigils. Instead of designing them myself, I took fan-made Gallifreyan I found online, and added some colour and glow. I originally did the same with Tempus's before deciding to make a proper design that is my own. Someday, I may decide to make my own designs for them, but for now, what I have will do.
Much like Tempus's sigil, depending on the continuity, this is either just a meaningless symbol, or it translates, in this case to 'Child of Light and Shadow'.
