Been meaning to get a sorta re-debut piece done up with Ji-Ae for some time now, but here it be! An old, but still-terrifying ace over Eastern skies - this old "Tyrant" has decades of experience whilst flying under the colors of foreign / allied nations, along with various unique surprises under the hood that often throws off her adversaries!
