This is a story i wrote last year when i did a GCSE English night class and the story i used but added more to when i did another GCSE English night class this year.

it is an adaptation of a classic joke, "a horse walks into a bar, the bar keeper says "why the long face?"."
it was something suggested in my first night clas last year and i thought it sounded good so i tried it and got a good mark for it.

in it i have described what happened before the horse got to the bar and why he had a long face (presuming he's upset).
of course there is an infinite number of reasons for him having a long face (besides being a horse) and i'd love to hear your reasons as well ^w^
