Although he can't shapeshift at will, Palette has a sort of "TF luck" that makes him extra prone to being transformed, usually into other characters. Being a TF magnet, Pal uses his scientific knowledge to control his likelihood of being TFed and often purposely creates objects and scenarios that trigger TFs.
