- the charm on their head grants them a level of sentience above the average aspid- they're just as intelligent as any sapient bug, and the charm even allows them to speak!

- after narrowly avoiding full infection by the radiance's plague, his body began vastly overproducing the goop filling his abdomen. this renders them immune to the infection, at least, even if they can barely manage to hover above the ground at the best of times, and regularly struggle to squeeze through the narrow tunnels of hallownest. their abdomen's size fluctuates, but overall they're undergoing a slow, constant, unstoppable growth :)

- they're very embarrassed about the whole watcher knight-sized abdomen thing they've got going on! makes them easy to fluster. they do enjoy the occasional abdomen massage, though!

- they spend most of their time floating around kingdom's edge with occasional ventures into the city, hunting small critters for food and dragging them back to their little cavern home to cook up and eat. they collect any interesting little trinkets they find too, since they like keeping their living space clean and decorated!
