Oh goodness, what an adorable idea. ;n; I've actually never gotten any art of Tibby on a beach or anything like that, and it's so cute!! (Also, great work on the background. The water effects look awesome!)

The water effect was done by creating a layer of sand color - second layer of light blue (opacity 42%) - Third layer of medium blue/dark blue (Blur/Wash tool to soften the edge) - Pen/Brush set to 38% opacity (Squiggle lines) then set to 100% for the brighter white. :3 It came out just the way I wanted it to! :D
