Keep in mind that while both he and his wife are the rulers of Atlantis, it's really the Queen that's in charge.
But besides that, for his design I used elements from the soldier I created, and some parts of ancient Minoan royalty for his look. The crown was something I was excited to work on, because it's based on a real historical crown, mixed with antlers from the Neolithic era. I gave him a beaded necklace in addition to his crystal necklace, and while I don't know if it's too accurate, but I decided to give him arm braces to change up his look. I of course also gave him new tattoos Lol
