Maybe some of you are wondering who this character is and where she's from. She's Doctor Anna Medusa, and she comes from a 2011 cartoon called Plankton Invasion. The series is about three species of Plankton (Captain John C. Star, Doctor Anna and Sergeant Octopus) who are on a mission to try to accelerate global warming and conquer the earth.
I wanted to draw her because I like her design, and blue is one of my favorite colors. Although she looks like a squid, she's actually a jellyfish.
