FurryCritical Introduction: Q&A
Q: Who are you?
A: I’m a 17-year-old male from Scotland who is passionate about exploring and discussing both the highs and lows of the furry fandom. As someone on the autism spectrum, I bring a unique perspective to the table, striving for a fair, balanced, and professional approach to even the most sensitive topics.
Q: Are you a furry?
A: Formerly, yes. I don’t currently identify as a furry, but I still care about the community and want to address issues that others often overlook or avoid.
Q: Are you an anti-furry?
A: Yes and no. I don’t oppose the concept of being a furry; in fact, I believe the fandom started as something inherently innocent. However, over the years, a significant portion of the community has embraced NSFW content, which I believe has harmed the fandom’s reputation and inclusivity.
Q: Are you against NSFW content?
A: Yes. I have seen its effects firsthand and the harm it can cause, even within legal limits. This includes fostering unhealthy environments and contributing to exploitative behaviors in certain cases.

Sensitive issues like NSFW content, community safety, and predatory behavior.
Political dynamics within the fandom.
We aim to balance heavy critiques with occasional positive highlights.
