I think I have to agree with Raditz with this picture. Ferruginous hawk/buzzard an American species, they call it hawk, we call it buzzard.

It is definitely a buzzard, the eye colour tells that.

I thought this was a European species, but I stand corrected. I see more redtails; and red shouldered hawks were everywhere earlier this year. Now the bird I want to see more of is the bald eagle considering that I live in an area that would be prime habitat for the eagles.
