Oh boy! It's Zora Link, the electro-powered, karate-action, underwater rock god!!! This here is some older Majora's Mask art I made about a year or two ago.
As Mikau, the game lets you go crazy with that bonefish guitar thing if you fool around with the tempo and such. Granted, the Zoras are moreso Jazz musicians than rockers, but the temptation to wail out some hard metal on that bitch was too much for yours truly, and I wasted far too much of my 3-day-time limit just screwning with that sweetness.

:) Well, the other options were the Deku Scrub and its shitty bagpipes, or the Goron and his bulging man-boobies, so that narrowed down the field pretty damn fast.

Or, he could find that orchestra that follows him around everywhere and take the instruments they use to play the songs so beautifully the first time he learns them.
