That's the artist's curse, we're always our own worst critics!
As an outside observer I think your style has remained very consistent. I also think it's very normal for little things to change here and there between works, especially if your art is a hobby and not something you're consistently making every day as a job. I find myself altering techniques for shading and stylizing eyes and such for nearly every piece, so I can definitely sympathize with you there.
That said, your art is still fantastic and I always enjoy looking at it!
