My new Pelican character. His name Philbert. He wears his blue bus driving uniform and a blue cap. He is a bus driver. He's my new character to live in Hessen. He lives in Bensheim. This picture is set in 1993 as Philbert is giving back change to Basil, my Bobcat character, who just got on the bus.
