Oh yeah customer support can be brutal or really easy with relatively little in the middle. I donβt know how Germany is with this but in the United States it can get pretty bad. Cough cough Xfinty aka Comcast. Basically that other companies that are just as bad are my internet providers here.
You think Comcast is bad? Try DooDash's Driver Support. π
I tried contacting them after my red card wouldn't activate (basically a credit card they give you to use on certain orders), and they refused to even talk to me until I was actively delivering an order. Then (when I got an order that needed the red card) they basically said to drop the order and it wouldn't count against me (nor would I get red card orders til they figured out what happened). It did count, and I'm still getting red card orders.
DoorDash gives less of an F about their drivers than 90% of Corporate America gives about its employees. π
