I looked at it very carefully and I don't see it. I can't make it any clearer than that. Even if I DID see it, it's one shot in an almost 30 minute episode which has her looking completely normal in literally every other shot she's in; I really don't see how a character looking bigger to a barely noticeable degree* in less than percent of a percent of the episode's runtime means every animator involved was horny.
Sure, dude, she's a goddamn twig by comparison in the other screenshot, and it's multiple people vs you here noticing it throughout, but yeah, totes no difference. And sure, animators are never remotely horny for a character they work on or anything, and Nintendo introduced a lightbulb-shaped dommy shortstack who constantly does pinup poses into a mainline Zelda title for totally non-horny reasons too.
