Clerin Von Shetz of the Cobra Brotherhood. Hailing from a powerful family originating from the USSR, he's got a lot of experience with many situations. He's a renown artist, something that would seem to go against the desires of the Brotherhood with remaining discrete, but it works to his advantage because nobody would suspect someone like him being part of such a group.

Utilizing his artistic skills, Clerin is capable of manipulating people's minds with paint traps and patterns, made up of a wide variety of colors. From Rogue Red to Betrayal Black, he might not be a powerhouse but he is certainly tricky and quite capable in his own right. Be wary if you enter an area he's had time to set up in, you can AND will be subjected to his skills!

Naturally, with all of this, he is very posh and wants the best of things in life. But, he is willing to stoop lower if need be, though he reserves his right to complain about it.
