Juno has existed for a long time now, ever since Elliot the sovreign allowed
for people to live on the rest of the plate 300 years ago, seeing that it was
habitable there has been a divide between the rustic and rural plate dwellers
living on the shelves and the central regions
closer to the Nayorrkis.

Born in the central struts Geordi is the youngest in his family, and was a
fairly quiet but sweet fellow until competition, ambition, and the bullying
of those in his academy turned him sour.

Violence in Juno is abhorred, seen as barbaric and usually not common
After years of being taunted Geordi finally fought back for the first time
setting him down the path of being something of an ass in the story.
