Drew this after having a dream about playfully annoying Balthazar :3c

It takes a lot to get him riled, but the quickest way to get him steamed enough to retaliate is to compare him to my tickle monster Ragaeli. The fact is, he’s more like Rags than he’s willing to admit. They’re both chaotic bastards, just in different ways. They both want people to toss aside negative emotions in favor of happiness, exhilaration and slight laughter-madness. They both have visions of an ideal world where people always have reasons to laugh and remove themselves from the harsh realities of their mortal lives.

But Mr. Whimsical doesn’t like comparing himself to someone as sadistic and crass as Ragman. He’s admittedly still working through some of his personal biases against Nightmares. He’s also very prideful and doesn’t like admitting when he’s wrong.

One of these days he’ll soften up towards Rags. But in the meantime, he’ll look for any excuse to ‘punish’ someone with his ticklish bubbles~
