A grim reminder how you can fall if not to be careful in life or how life can be cruel sometimes
I had seen some situations when such people bounce back to normal life from the very abyss but it requires a steel backbone but more often they stayed at the same level sadly
Yet despite the problems these have and unplesant thing they remind us they need to be treated like people - once they were the same as others
Life already had them by the balls and already chewed them up and it is just inhuman to add more suffering
The chance of reabilitation is always needed
