The merchant districts and space ports of the homeworld of Rethellia are open to almost any species, some have even settled in for a longer stay to build more long term businesses. despite the rest of the world being closed off to them, they have made their own little district livable in the shadow of Rhewi'ch Domes and architecture under the frozen oceans, their economic lifeblood fueled by a stream of new visitors and goods from the space ports.
