While in studio this semester, we were required to make paintings from existing images and objects. Chalosan has always been an inspiritional figure to me so I chose one of his characters to put into a piece of work. This scan probably takes only about a third of the entire piece, though the painting isn't entirely too big anyway, about 11X14 which is more than my scanner can handle, but that doesn't really matter considering I only wanted to scan the portion with Kate. The rest of the painting features a sword sort of creating a blossoming red flower, which was taken out of a gaming magazine.
