The second, and slightly more experienced member of Team Scute, Winnow! Age: 24 - Height 3' 4" roughly

Winnow is a kind and chipper turtle, and unlike her teammate Tobias, very naive.

She's ever the optimist and doesn't bat an eye at unusual circumstances, sketchy situations, or overwhelming odds. She always willing to take on missions no matter how many warnings are listed or how much dust the papers have gathered. Though while perhaps being a bit too trustful, she isn't a complete pushover. She got plenty of water moves, and a real mean bite if someone so ill behaved manages to test her mettle. Her shell is also incredibly durable, proving to withstand any and all the misfortune Winnow puts it through. It's not infallible though...

The Spire Guild found out about Winnow after she had managed to take down a criminal with quite the rap sheet... and Winnow not even realizing it until a crowd of mons praised her for her bravery... on two separate, unrelated occasions! She only stopped them because they were being awfully rude and harassing folks. She didn't even claim a bounty the first time. After managing to go toe-to-toe with a high ranking guild member that wanted to assess her combat abilities in a sparring match, Winnow was accepted into the guild and placed on a newly formed team, that she *insisted* on naming. After several passes, Team Scute was officially formed, since scute means 'shield' in Latin, and Winnow likes that it sounds like 'cute'~

I've always liked wartortle and don't seem a lot of them, so the species felt like a strong choice for my newest (at time of writing) OC.
