My character Tobias but in his first evo form. I've had an idea for a specific kind of PMD team for a while now, that gets themselves into all kinds of shenanigans, and felt that a smaller version of the fire dog would be good for it (since his Arcanine form is part of a different team). Age: 21 -- Height: Around 2 ft tall

The rookie member of Team Scute, this version of Tobias avoided using a fire stone, and after a lot of journeying on his own, the growlithe decided becoming a guild member would be his best way to help people and fight corruption. He managed to gain the favour of the Spire Guild, a remote establishment that has begun branching out from primarily aerial operations to more land based ones. Thanks to his extremely keen sense of smell and expert level ability to track scents, his application went smoothly despite his lack of experience. Unfortunately, due to having Absol heritage, Tobias is very good at sensing and thus, finding trouble, without being aware of it. A large amount of close calls in his travels has lead him to being quite paranoid. The Spire guild however, tends to only be concerned about recruiting those with special, desirable talents, which leads to some... unusual teams working for them nowadays.
