Interesting. I'm not familiar with Dragon Storm, but right now he bears a passing similarity to the Celtic god Cernunnos. (probably a coincidence)

Very nicely done! Your anatomy on this is exceptionally realistic. I especially like how the muscles on him are undoubtedly masculine, yet not over-sized. He's got a nice balanced figure there.

Interesting mix of species. The dragon face in the background is telling, but I'm kinda hopeful his dragon form maintains at least some cervine features. A Deer-Dragon hybrid would be very cool.

That's an interesting observation on his build. Looking at the piece again, I find myself in agreement. The idea of a dragon with those antlers is interesting!
