This is amazing.
The sunken head's with a slight blushing "how did this happen" face, it's all too cute!
I also like how the tails and paws look a little puffed up. They're a bit bigger and rounder than normal. It gives this impression that there's no room left in the neck ring and it's finding other parts of the body to creep in to.
I bet if you gave the ring a big squeeze it'd force all that air into the rest of their body.
