Rouge presents herself in her day to day as a slightly ditzy, quiet GUN agent who keeps to herself, simply remaining in the background and not being noticed by many around her. And that's all by design. From dressing plainly and innocently, all to how she speaks. When she becomes her alter-ego, that's where her true self comes to life and shines. She becomes Impress. A super-powered thief that is notorious for stealing precious items, but especially gemstones and jewellery. Her abilities lie in her voice, not only sporting a superpowered scream, she's able to perfectly mimic voices and even certain sounds. Allowing her to easily sneak past and trick others, and if she needs to disarm and can't use her glass shattering scream. She has other means, not only with her martial arts, but her gadgets and weapons. Her self-made claws, her whip that is disguised as a tail, micro bombs that she keeps around her belt, even her mask is a device she took that gives her enhanced vision, allowing her to see through walls and in darkened areas, so she can clearly see her targets and gain the upper hand quickly. She's cunning, sassy and fearless, determined to get what she wants and serve herself... but she's not entirely heartless.

btw i called her Impress for many different reasons

Impress as it's similar to Empress
Impress as in Impression (like her voice/mimicking) as well as Impressive
and then IMPish...cause of the devil/imp vibes of her costume.
