shading on the horn is ok.
the neck line however is to curved and extends to far out over the chest. normally shading on the neck you just make a small curve or straight line from the upper corner of the neck to the where the right shoulder meets the neck. hope this helps. otherwise in terms of pose and shape you have it already. some work still to be desired but good enough.
