Used a long unused method of scanning a lineart and coloring it digitally. Been years since I've done something like that so it's good to return to some old methods again. As for the design of this dragon, it's a bit of everything. If I could go back though, I'd probably make the full belly fluffy as opposed to neck fluff and scales. Next time!
