On the Thursday 26th 2019, I would stumble across a character that would change my life forever, and introduce me to the world of LapFox Trax. (Or Halley Labs, if you wanna call it that)
And back in the distant days of 2014, that very same character was born...
I am, of course, talking about Rotteen from LapFox Trax!
When I first stumbled across her (and Emoticon's) remix of "Man, It's So Loud In Here" by They Might Be Giants, the 2000s-esque techno-rave feel of that song immediately hooked 19-year old me in, and started my journey into the wonderous rabbit hole of LapFox Trax!
I could seriously go on and on about how unique each piece of music they and their many, many characters have made and how unbelievable it is, as well as the vibes each track gives me, as well as the hyper-cool, Digimon-esque album covers and crazy artwork and the history of LapFox Trax itself but I must keep things short, and oh, here's the YouTube video in question that started it all.

Rotteen, Kitsune2, Emoticon, Darius, Mayhem, KitCaliber, and more and their music are the types of things that I dread to know what life would've been like without had I not been introduced to Rotteen back 5 years ago. They sure make up a big part of the zeitgeist of my old college I had been at for 5 whole years and it's crazy that only recently I've left with so many good memories. Oh, and I drew myself, Ziyo, as Rotteen on the 20th August as well.
So here's to not one, but TWO anniversaries of goodness, Rotteen. One for 10 years of you being you, and one for 5 years since you and me, Ziyo, first met. Rave on, y'all! We got so much more good memories to share!
