I just want to say thank you everyone for a 3rd year here on Fur Affinity! Like the previous year, I've done many new things that would sure be changing the course of my life. I've finally traveled to my first European country, Great Britain, and finally found an easy way to draw my artwork digitally!

You may be wondering why I chose Octavia from Helluva Boss for the character of the year. Well it's there for a reason, just not as positive like last year's character(s) of the year. I don't exactly remember when it came out, but I unfortunately saw the leak for the Season 2 finale. Although many people reassured me that it's probably not real, that theory was soon shattered when the Season 2 Part 2 trailer dropped. Revealing a tragically familiar scene. This was basically the reason why I had to take a hiatus on Twitter (X) for most of the year.

I didn't feel like posting my angst about the situation because not only was I afraid that people would think I was overreacting on something that's not real, but when I originally tried doing it on the Helluva Boss Reddit, all it did was land me a ban for talking about the leak. So with that out of the question, all I could do was wait until the unfortunate episode arrived; Sinsmas.

Although I am still angry, heartbroken, and worried about the future for Octavia from the aftermath, I am starting to accept for what it is because I learn something from this whole experience. It showed me how even if you care about someone, the actions that you show can hurt more than they can help. Although I do understand, she's 17 years old and most people her age don't really have the best of a moral compass, but there is a point where they need to understand what's going on and how their actions on the matter can either help the situation or make it worse. I learned it through Evangelion in Shinji, and I predict to learn it even further through Octavia.

But enough of that vent, here's all of my favorite images from each month that I've chosen to represent for their individual months and a masterpiece too! There were a few favs that were (in a way), NSFW, but they sadly didn't really make the final cut, and I could only pick one from many. But I hope you like them! Also, I've added some background information based on each picture:

January - Although this is the first GENERAL big belly pic I made for the year, it originally was a sketch before I replaced the main item with the color edit. You can actually find my reupload of the original here.

February - Although I did experiment with color/digital edits before, this was my first OFFICIAL digital art/color edit. And although the quality looks "crappy," I can forgive myself on that since I was starting to use my drawing tablet at the time. For the context of the image, if you didn't see it already,   AfraArt 's version of Mildred vored me, just plain and simple. (If it sounds good, I could redo it from the ground up. Just let me know...)

March - At the time I made this image, many fellow furs were on the Jax craze band-waggon, and thanks to a favorite artist of mine, I decided to add my addition to the trend!

April - My inspiration for this pic was after seeing   SamashTommy 's pic featuring this version of Cheetah from DC Comics. Although I'm not really into superheros that much, I really do enjoy her design!

May - While creating this pic, which happens to be my first time drawing this lovely moose, I was actually thinking about using the background art that   Virus-20 made for either his drawings or as reusable backgrounds for future pics. I asked him if I could use one of them for a pic, and he allowed me to use one of them. That one is the background I used in the Becky pic.

June - For a while, I wanted to make another belly pic on Big Man, but couldn't think of a better anthro take on a manta ray for him. That was until I saw   FatalGlory128 's model on Big Man ported by   moonwulf , when I finally had the chance to make my own take on anthro Big Man. (If I draw him again, that's the exact reference I'm gonna use!)

July - So since I use PostyBirb to post all of my content onto my sites, I took the opportunity to post the umibōzu pic while I got my wisdom teeth removed. I know that I encouraged people to translate the short story into english, but I'll briefly summarize it for those who didn't. In short, a female umibōzu was thinking about humans, out of curiosity and mystique for them, when she accidentally kept her mouth open. Letting the sea water bloat her.

August - I was VERY exited to post the three-part posts for FNAF's 10th Anniversary. It was because since I grew up with the series since 2014, I watched every fan animation, let's play on official or fan games, and even watched countless theories on the lore (like Game Theory). So I worked very hard on this out of nostolgia!

September - I made this as a part of a trade with   Desirabled . But the main reason I bring this up is because it marked the beginning of the transition of my art style now. Going from black outlines to multicolored outlines.

October - Earlier this year, I originally made a King Boo vore pic after watching an NSFW animation made by   fluffedwings and liking his anthro design on the ghostly king. But I forgot to post it, and it eventually became outdated to my design at the time. So my solution was to remake it. And I think my best was made! Also, the "frog" he mentions at the end of the short story is supposed to be implied as him targeting King Wart next.

November - To put it simply, I really wanted to draw Fel again after drawing him last a year ago, and since Thanksgiving was around the corner, I decided to draw him for my 2024 Thanksgiving post because he sure LOVES food!

December - I was originally gonna do a December count-down posting spree like last year, but I decided not to do it because I didn't have a lot of time to make a lot of pics within a short amount of time. So one art-block ponder session later, I decided to base my MAIN Christmas post on that one famous song, I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas. Whether you can't stand the song or you think it's fun, it was a very big inspiration for my image on Christmas 2024!

Masterpiece of 2024 - Afterwatching Luigikid Gaming's play-through of Sonic2.EXE REMAKE, I actually fell in love with Zalgo Tails' new design in the remake; going as far as to have a '"hear me out" moment. But sadly, NovaWare took down the game simply because he didn't really like the outcome of the remake, thinking it was rushed. But that didn't stop me from creating this image! I made three pics in total. This is just the big belly alt.
