A reboot to Cat burger to CatVAC. I was hugely inspired by many vacuum based Pred characters like the “Suck-o-matic”
from Rocko, and wanted to give my take on reworking my old Cat burger into more of a serious villain. To Cap off Monday with a villain that sucks...literally.


Bio:

Oswald "Ozzi" Jenkins was just your typical college student. With a love of eating with a fierce hunger. Yet constantly emptying his own Fridge, leading him to hunt down people's homes and raiding their food! All by his love of heist and action films, that leading him to his overdramatized character alter ego, “the Cat Burglar.” Using his claws to lock pic any door and using his mass (belly or butt) to knockout or Incapacitate foes. Even if some played him off a joke, then seen as a major threat.

And most as just an annoyance in stealing people food. Yet wanted to be taken seriously than just a food thief. But as low-self-confidence and lower self-esteem, leading him to be ironically a shy “scaredy cat” when facing with the police, authority and even heroes. Leading to run away with his tail between his legs 95% of the time. Sounding fearful while trying to talk threatening and dramatic. Later on, was eyeing the team of the “Box car beasts”, and even trying to steal their foods, but was captured on the spot. Yet, Ozzi was offering to help them after being inspired by their powers and skills, wanted to even be excepted by the group to be taken seriously. Offering his talents and skills to them, even if Ötzi (the leader of the beasts) placed the fat feline as his “coffee/tea cat”. As in serving up refreshments for the group, even if Ozzi can seek some treats for himself sometimes. Over time, he found this job makes him beyond happy that he is accepted. As the chance to work alongside the cool rouges brought him great joy, even if its bottom of the barrel.

All for someone who took him seriously and useful Even if Otzi started belittling him at first but grown to enjoy his loyalty overtime. Yet still was mocked by the rest of them team in being a lower tier thief. Trying to prove his worth, during a heist, Ozzi was trying to skill a container of Nanites from a laboratory in a heist. Yet after accidentally spilling the nanobots on him, it mutated his DNA as a result. Turning him from a mass of metallic goo, then later on as the giant bio robot, "CatVac". Still having his personality intact but has now a much powerful sense of confidence in his new form. Even roaring at his team for those disrespecting Otzi as the boss. All while saying h Otzi's is their leader and to do what he said. Still wanting to work for the iceman, rather than being his own boss, still wanted to be the helper for the team even with is new vacuum based powers. Having thar greater sense of meaning and seriousness that CatVac needs in his life. Along with new powers to show was useful he can be. Such as blowing enemies away with powerful blow blasts or sucking up objects and foes to heroes to be is “Bio-fuel” to power him. Now he will finally get some respect now !
