These guys are Seaviates created by DR Piranoid to combat the Street Sharks and help him take over the world.

Buff Sponge is a large sea sponge given sentience by Piranoid. Buff Sponge is a major muscle, but hardly any brains. he get distracted easily by mostly anything cute or sparkly, which really gets on the other Seaviates' nerves. He can shoot bubbles from his holes as an attack.

Spout Snout is a Lawyer woman transformed into a seahorse by Dr Piranoid. Spout Snout is a tough customer, hardly ever smiles and is super serious. She can shoot pressurized streams of water from her mouth.

Bottlenose is a gym instructor transformed into a dolphin by Piranoid. Bottlenose is one of the smartest Seaviates, even smarter than Killamari. She gets distracted easily by shrill noises and fish.

Spine is a horshoe crab given sentience by Dr Piranoid. Spine is a tough customer, who acts a bit dated, like an evil dark knight of the old ages.
