Finally got around to designing my own Care Bear Cousin character! I do have one who was given to me as a gift (who I need to do more with ;w; ), but I wanted to design my own for the longest time now, so I figured I would remedy that. So, meet Pupkin Heart, or simply just Pupkin!

Also, I wanted to bases this ref off of 80s Nelvana Care Bears model sheets, so this sheet was made traditionally! Only problem is that the color swatches at the bottom aren't exactly accurate to image above, so if you're gonna eyedrop it, I'd use the actual image of the character ;w;
