Ritzy Phos Page - Halcyon Bronze
Investigator, Ritzy's story was that he was serving a sort of ashamed public service
and eventually was recognized for his skill and promoted despite his tumultuous past
No one knows exactly quite what he did in his youth but it was enough to nearly
warrant him a 30 year sentence which was changed due to his young age and later
switched to a 50 year public servitude sentence, reduced to 25.
He's a clever and very well written individual, if a bit cold to the feelings of others
though not for a lack of caring, perhaps he just prefers to wallow in his shame.

Well for one I love their style. All of your characters have such an amazing look and feel to their clothing and design that I just can't get enough of! Also is this depiction just for the ref sheet? Or is this a real ticket or sheet or something to describe a person? Like maybe if they've been arrested and served time, they get a mugshot and a rap sheet that looks like this. Cause if so that is so freaking awesome that is makes me WANT to be arrested so I can get a badass lookin' rap sheet!
Oh! yeah this was meant to be a sort of in lore sheet that would be given to everyone as a piece of ceramic id, it would have magnetic ink put on it that would verify with a national registrar and such ^ ^! so the design is mostly similar but the content would be different on the actual pages! and thank you btw!
