Santoon doesnt go to Parker's house because he's Kaboom Cliffs BIGGEST hater. So hes like on the naughty list for life and one of the few toons banned from toonsmas. but he couldn't disappoint Chantilly (his doodle) because she sent a letter to santoon (she can't write, so parker wrote it for her) and he cant deal with the emotional damage of her being sad on Toonsmas. so he got her a present himself but pretends it's from Santoon.
