The Wraparound story in Tiny Toons Adventures Spooky Stories 2 had a group of fanartists and Fanwriters from my Tiny Toons Fanfiction list at Plucky's Carnevil (Like a carnival but far more sinister) on Haloween.
Andy Fox gets ill from a combination of the rides and eating butter-on-a-stick so the group takes refuge in the tent marked "Curious goods" AKA the hall of oddities. Plucky finds them there and starts telling them a bunch of... you guessed it... Spooky Stories.
Bonus points if you can figure out what everyone is dressed as.

Good memory, the only two that were off was that Pepe is Hugh Hefner and you were meant to be Charlton Heston in Planet of the Apes.
