Just because the retail holiday season is over doesn't mean things are dying down. The rush for returns (and the complaints over our return policies) is still going strong.
And poor Tigercat can't seem to catch a break. Between customers getting angry and people talking down to him like he's a child (apparently they don't know how autism works), things aren't getting any easier.
