Sea Witch

However, three years after being with the wizard he noted she really was untalented in the ways of magic, unruly and naturally curious in the affairs of mortals, much to his disappointment. He desired a much better apprentice, and she was used for cleaning, magic ingredient gathering, cooking and other minor tasks under the promise she was going to be a great witch someday.

The wizard, her mentor, was seeking an underwater treasure, that’s why his tower was near that coast, and he searched for years. Finally, his search came to an end when he found the treasure deep within the sea, but it was unreachable for his magics, or well… almost…
He thought that maybe, if he could turn a certain useless someone into something useful and adept to travel under the sea, then his apprentice could retrieve the artifact and handle it to him. The means to do that was a polymorph spell, Sereia was to give up her humanity forever to become a large octopus.

Well…that’s what the wizard thought
10-As she travelled deeper and deeper into the ocean in search of the artifact it so happened that the wizard used a great amount of magic in this transformation, and that magic was flowing within her, she was more magical now that she ever was and strangely enough, more intelligent.
Her memories as a human were fading, but were being replaced by something strange, something new and more fitting in her current form.

Visuals: The arms resemble red tentacles that are quite large but end in webbed humanoid hands
14-She grew a new head that somewhat resembled a mixture between her former selves, a human head with her former hair but with the distinctive octopus’ shape.
She became something new; something more than she bargained for. Her body tried to become human again but failed, in a pleasant way.
15- She felt great power from within and without intent to deliver the artifact to the wizard, she broke the bottle, the magics within sipped inside of her skin, making her considerable magic power grow a hundredfold
As these things were happening, the wizard kept on waiting for Sereia’s return.
16-Until red tentacles larger than he remember surfaced, it was her.
He used a dominate spell when he changed her to ensure she would give the artifact to him in fear of betrayal, and she indeed seemed to have something on her tentacle that glowed, so he approached her with confidence.
Only to find he was tricked; it was the broken artifact, and the tentacle grabbed onto him, such a childish spell as dominate was useless against the kind of creature she was now.
17-Her tentacles were squeezing him and draining him of his magical power and lifeforce, such was Sereia’s revenge and her way to repay her former master for using her. Meanwhile she could feel how his energy became hers, and she became the great witch he promised she would become.
Or may I say
Sea witch.
18- This was not the end of her however nor the end of what she did underwater, turning the surrounding sea into an underwater kingdom full of mermaids, new sea creatures, love and experimentation. What kind of life would she hold in this marine environment.
Would you like to know?
The end?
