Zahur the Argonian dark wizard catches the thieving Khajiit, Dar'Thjizzrini escaping from his lair with something of his, probably a magic artifact of some kind. Instead of turning and running, the thief faces the Argonian and prepares to attack him.

Rule 1 of any good wizard, dark wizard or necromancer, don't test out spells on targets without testing them in a safe environment before hand. It might only work on one target, or it might effect an entire area!

And it turns out it does! Little does the Argonian know that this deadly spell contains a variation of the popular feather spell doesn't decrease the weight of equipment, but persons effected....over a target area of several meters. Having used all his Magicka on this spell though, it will be several minutes before he has enough energy to dispell this, leaving both himself and the pesky thief to their expanding fate.

Or explosive fate, so far this has not slowed down....much to his dismay.
