A rare lichen that grows on snow. It's actually fungus and algae living together: The fungus insulate cold and provides a safe environment for the algae, in turn the algae absorbs nutrients for the fungus.

The lichen can be harvested and eaten, but it serves as a herb more than actual food due to it's anti-inflammation and healing property.

The lichen is primarily found in the Stalga Ice Field, but it can also be rarely found near cold springs. It grows rather slowly, making it a very valuable herb.

Similar to the Snow Stalk, some part of the lichen exhibits biofluorescence, retaining glow after absorbing light.
