Rare is good!

I was out tonight and got a prime rib and I asked "As rare as you have it." Which usually means I'm lucky to get it medium rare...

It was... Red... I was amazed, and very happy! My parents with me thought it was a bit to much, but I like it that way. :) Yum!

Finally someone who enjoys it! And the only other culinary dragon on the web (to my knowledge). It's always nice to hear from you Starallon. :D I always ask for as rare and I know, they usually are strict about doing it medium-rare. :(

Yeah, it's hard to get! ::nods:: With ground beef a lot of places are more apprehensive because of how ground beef is often prepared (In large batch, with lots of chunks) though if places prepare it in house from actual primals of meat it's far safer. Not sure how many actually do, but hey, it's tasty!

Rawr, rare meat! ::purrs:: I actually like my pork on the rare side too.

By the way, how have things been going on your confectionery work you had plans for before? Oh, I know of another culinary dragon as well.

Beyond that, yes, culinary dragons are quite rare!
