After a few attempts, the match finally burst into flame. The sudden flash of light startled June, she took a step back, eyes wide with determination. Junpei carefully lowered the matchbox, and brought the lit tip of the match close to the candle wick. They both watched as the flame passed over to the candle.
“Got It!” Junpei exclaimed, shaking the match to extinguish the flame.
June brought her arms close to her chest, eyes still wide with excitement. They shared a look of joy, and continued their search…
