This is my Quaquaval that I used throughout my play through of Pokemon scarlet and what I think he is as a Pokemon.

Physical bio: male, 5’11” tall, water/fighting type.
Personality: jolly, gentle, caring, hasty, lovable, athletic, fruity/fruitful, sassy, friendly.
Likes: friends, dancing, battling, hugging, making people and Pokemon happy, playing, being competitive.
Dislikes: being underestimated, being in embarrassing situations, disappointing anyone,Getting called fat, being dirty.

Expressions:
Top left: laugh. Top right: angry. Bottom left: shock. Bottom right: blushing/embarrassed.

Additional facts that can be expanded on in part 2:

Quaquaval gets pretty hungry often which causes his stomach to get upset and loud due to how he used to eat a lot before evolving into Quaquaval which also explains his protruding belly.
Quaquaval even though he Is into a lot of feminine activities also doesn’t mind doing things more masculine with his friends.
Quaquaval is implied to be bisexual Which makes him into males and females and can get very flustered when he sees a Pokemon he likes.
