Meet Charlie/Frost, he's a lovable reindeer boy with the ability to create snow and frost. He loves to cuddle and having fun with people by creating a "Localized Snow Day" where everyone can have fun and play in the snow! The area he creates has a 1000 feet diameter and can generate snow for up to 24 hours, the snow is very soft and is safe to play in ^-^

Awww I like so much your new cute reindeer boy! Both the chosen names in my opinion sound good on him. Knowing Donny, he'd easily call him Frost if meeting him, for his physical aspect remembering to the wolf a cool sculpture made entirely of ice resembling a reindeer that he saw once. ^w< ❄️

Frost is his nickname, kinda like "Jack Frost" since he uses snow and frost to create fun ^-^. (Kinda imagining from rise of the guardians movie)
