Lugia’s cheeks are now bigger than their head and are still expanding. Lugia’s belly is incomprehensibly large and is still bloating with water. Their neck looks more like a part of their belly at this point. Lugia’s arms have gotten too thick now and are now forced into an unmovable outward position. Their belly now touching the ground, forces their enormous legs off the ground. Lugia cannot move, and now has to just watch as their body uncontrollably swells with water.
