Great for sharing if you make plenty!

Ingredients:
1package puff pastry
8 mini sausages (decased and cooked)
1/2cup finely chopped shallots
2tsp sage
1tsp thyme
2-3spoonfulls branston pickle

Recipe:
1-preheat oven to 400
2-cook sausage meat and shallots in a hot oiled pan
3-layer pastry sheets then spoon on meat and branston, then cover with remaining pastry sheets
4-bake for 20 minutes on a well greased baking tray then cool for 5 before serving
5-enjoy!
