Actually the Head is correct , facing from the Front his head doesn't look as big because the muzzle is short from the perspective , as for the body look at the left arm & were the belt buckle is .. the Wrist for proportion comes to about the waist so it's correct as well .. they just look funky because of the lack of visual background for orientation
The perspective looks amazing, your really getting good on that! I love this pic.
And yea, the head IS correct, don't know what your talkin about. This looks good enough for a manga!

An example on how tricky perspective can be. Trust me, you did good Ed. I still have trouble with it as well.
