Josh's birthday.
Unfortunately, everybody was kind of busy with stuff so a lot couldn't be done today,primarily cleaning for the guests, primarily his parents. “Hey Sonic, do you know what day it is?” Josh asks. “It’s the 23rd, why?” Sonic replies. “It’s my birthday today.” Josh replies. “Ohhhhh, you see, I don't think you told me that, also we don't talk all too much so, happy birthday i guess.” Sonic replies. “It's ok, I guess.” Josh replies kind of sad. Sonic quickly finishes up what he’s doing and calls up tails to break the news to him. “Tails, Josh's birthday is today, I don't think he told us so I think we need to get it prepared quickly.” Sonic says to tails. “Is it really necessary?” Tails asks. “It really is, so make a cake to get the celebration on.” Sonic replies. “Do you think we can get two celebrations on two different days?” Tails asks. “You know what fine, lets get some party stuff ready when the other boys have gone to sleep, we just need to get it ready for the 25th, i think that's the furthest we can get before he considers it one year too late.” Sonic says to Tails. “Should it be a cake or pancakes?” Tails asks. “I don't know, maybe some 12 inch pancakes for breakfast.” Sonic says. “Yeah, that should be a good idea.” Tails replies. “Birthday cake flavor?” Tails asks. “Maybe mix some cake batter in the pancake batter to add the cake in the pan.” Sonic replies. “Shure.” Tails responds. Then tails get to work. He starts cooking for the breakfast for the 25, along with the birthday pancakes for Josh. But first, Tails had to go to the store to get some things, of course some stuff for himself like diapers, but he also got some sprinkles to put in the pancakes, heavy cream for chipped cream along with chocolate syrup, some candles because he didn't know his age, so ge was just getting fun candles and the stuff to make pancakes. After coming back from the store, he gets on making the pancakes and some cake batter. He mixes the batters and grabs the griddle thing to make the big pancakes, as he also makes the whipped cream mixing in some coffee since it was gonna be for breakfast. He had to get creative when making the big birthday pancakes, using a pizza paddle just to flip them over. The birthday pancakes were kind of getting to him, lucky he's only making one thing otherwise he would be kind of over worked. He's probably gonna have to make something else small, but it’s kind of a low priority. He made all the pancakes, mixed with cake batter and sprinkles, now he needs to stack them up. He puts chocolate syrup and whipped between the pancakes to try and add some filling of flavor between the lares, just like a real birthday cake. After an hour of making the pancakes and stacking them, he made a masterpiece of a cake for breakfast. 7 big pancakes, not as tall as a 7 layer cake but almost the same height as a regular cake, the whipped cream on the top, some of it was colored and drawn and colored into a picture with the boys in it, with some unknowing pictures taken of them, as a reference, and chocolate syrup drizzled around the edge, with big bold letters saying ‘Happy Birthday Josh!’ “It’s perfect!” Tails exclaims to himself.
