Draco's vision went white as another wave of catastrophic pain ripped through his body, he was sure that it was burning him alive with unseen flames. All his senses blinded by the agony a simple wand wave and a single word were creating; he couldn't see the wicked smile that He had while watching the blonde boy writhing on the floor, he couldn't see his mother crying and burying her face into his father's shoulder covering her ears in a desperate attempt to block out the sound of her only son screaming, or his father's own face twisted in emotional anguish at this horrible thing he could not stop.
Finally the pain ended, leaving him gasping for air, Draco's body feeling as though he were made of stone; heavy, rigid. He didn't even attempt to move for fear of the pain that might follow, he just stared at the floor while his mind began to work again.
His thoughts became childlike. He wanted his mother to make the pain go away, he wanted his father to punish the ones responsible, he wanted things to be what they once were, he wanted his family and home back....But that couldn't happen now...and it was all Harry Potter's fault. He was the reason that he was being tortured, he was the reason his mother cried and his father was a broken man.
A voice in the back of his mind started pushing those thoughts away.
No Draco, it is not his fault, you know that. His face was now wet from the tears freely rolling down it.
Remy....he wasn't sure if it was only a memory of something the hufflepuff had said or his subconscious working against him but sound of his voice calmed his distraught mind moments before He tried again to gain the information he sought only to be thwarted once again by his occlemency.
I must be sure to tell Vincent how effective his lessons were. Draco thought wearily, almost amused at His frustrations.


SO maybe i can still write....who knew?
Watching Deathly hallows part one made me draw this, i imagine those who have seen it can figure out what scene inspired me.
This is in my AU just after the wedding as Draco was captured from there, not only because he's a bloodtraitor and also escaped once but because he might know where Potter is going. but it seems he can't be broken....and he does get rescued before he's killed dun worry
