Info is all on the deviation, but just to recap!

-Hand sculpted the entire pauldron piece, including the cracks and such for authenticity and used real bolts for the bolt pieces.
-Hand painted it around all the edges, bolts, cracks, and in other such areas to give it a worn, well used look.
-Cast the whole thing in plastic, so it is SUPER light weight and very sturdy.
-Lined it all with foamies and sanded it all down so it was super comfortable.
-Installed clips into the plastic underneath so it could be attached to clothing, or straps if you were doing an actual Cloud cosplay. Otherwise you could wear it just for the awesome sauce factor of the whole thing.

I am totally replacing the old one that I have on my KH Cloud cosplay with this thing. My old one is SO heavy. @_@ And this one looks way nicer. XD
